misty is my favourite pony of ALL TIME. both of her designs are gorgeous, and her character, being simultaneously flawed and loveable, stole my heart instantly.

misty is a beautiful representation of growth after experiencing trauma and isolation. it can damage your ability to form relationships and understand the world around you. i can relate to her from everything thats happened in my life, and her character shows us how its okay to struggle, and that by gaining confidence in yourself and having support from your true family and friends, you can spread your wings and transform into your best self. this is reflected through her butterfly cutie mark and through the song ""it all takes time

misty is a symbol of hope, growth and self forgiveness, and this is why she is my favourite pony in the entire franchise. i self proclaim as the #1 misty fan, and i always will 💙
