Here we see them around age 7 or 8. I imagine Pumpkin would look a bit more like her dad, since their color palettes are so similar, while Pound would have rounder features like their mom. Pound is a little sensitive to the fact his sister is taller than he is, but once he hits puberty he'll grow taller than her (not for long but for a little while anyway).
I haven't picked special talents and cutie marks out for them yet, but I will soon.
