Artist's description from DA:The Taravarnid or Kirin are a psuedo reptilian species. They may look like dragons in pony form but they are more like pangolins, having scale like plates and rough skin that mimics a reptile's. Their whiskers are prehensile but can't lift much. They are mostly used for writing and the Taravarnid are known for their gorgeous calligraphy.
Gold Ore is a young adult Taravarnid who proficient in abjuration magicks. She is also extremely agile and light on her feet, making her top notch at her job as a ranger.
