Meet Time Liz :3

She is the younger sister of Doctor Whooves/Time Turner :3

Unlike her older brother, who is more mature and serious, Liz is more wacky and juvenile. But that doesn't mean that she's dumb, she is actually just as smart as her brother.
She also likes to abuse the fact that she has access to the ability to travel throughout time and space, which she uses to get up to all sorts of hijinks.

So while Time Turner is trying to make sure that the timelines and stuff are all the same and that things in the past go the same way…
