Everypony adores her majesty, her being seen by some as practical perfection as a result of her comprising of all the original former alicorn rulers. Her power and ability to relate to the public is a factor that makes the mare such a beloved figure. One who's kindness and wisdom allows her to handle the upper echelons of Equestria's society. At the same time combined with her being a loving and supportive role to her husband as well as giving her undying attention to her foal, only increased whenever she is attending her duties and work. Such strong a pony is why Galaxia is one of the most beloved mares and rulers in the land.

And thus the Queen Mother earns such title.
