Quetzals get bored. Quetzals also like pone. Since Quetzals tend to break most of their playthings, one (lel me) has devised a way to mass-produce perfect pony slaves!

The collar seals up and the more the dial is turned, the more indepth the changes become! A little turn might have a soft discolouring, a few new personality traits, and a complete 100% rotation yields a fully converted pony!

However, the gears in the dial only turn one way. Whoopsie!
