This is a piece of fanart for a homebrew timeline of the Equestria at War universe I'm working on in my spare time, for funsies, you know. :) August becomes Grand Master of Hellquill, and Wingfried causes a civil war, alongside Dusktalon in Longsword. The Hellquill Harmonists and the Socialist Longswordians ally to take down the Reformistan. After the war, the Harmonists and Socialists attempt to prosecute the Black Cloak leaders. Although Dusktalon is executed, Wingfried and Heidenreich manage to escape abroad. Following the trials, the two states united into the Duchy of Hellquill-Longsword, a constitutional monarchy: August becomes duke, and a coalition government between the Harmonist Sozialdenmokratische Partei (SDP) and the Sozialistische Arbeiterpartei von Langschwert (SAvL): Reiner, the most popular northern candidate, becomes the first President of Hellquill; Starry Night, the most popular candidate in the South, becomes the first Chancellor of Hellquill. It would be seen as something of a tradition for the Hellquill-Longswordian Presidency to be held by a griffin, and the Chancellorship to be held by a pony.
