かつてウィンドライダーと同等の伝説を残したペガサスの男性。ウィンドライダーとは対照的に彼を尊敬するペガサスが多い。義翼でありながら伝説の技"ソニックバレット"を放つ事が出来る。
現在はポニーヴィルで天候観察員として生活しており、何故か偽名。
理由はペガサス社会に嫌気が差し、新しいポニ生を送りたかった模様。
