Blueberry's bringing to life was difficult and dangerous for Pinkie, and her mental health plummeted. Rainbow Dash had to take more and more time off work to care for her daughter, while Pinkie moped around. Pinkie wanted to answer her baby's cries so much, and it hurt her not to, but she couldn't physically move to do so, and Rainbow Dash just couldn't understand this. If it were not for the rest of the herd, the two would have most likely split.

Pinkie began to recover when Blueberry was a toddler, but the bond was awkward and difficult to build, especially as Blueberry's own depression started to manifest
