Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, and Applejack were playing too much, and Twilight Sparkle's magic made Nurse Redheart, who was behind the Ponyville Hospital, a giant by accident. Now she scolds Twilight and the others for their actions, and might give them consequences later. Twilight Sparkle tries to tell Nurse Redheart that it was just an accident, but she doesn't believe in her.
