This is a scene where the girls go into a jungle, but a large plant has gotten Twilight (Sci-Twi) and Sunset. Applejack and Rainbow Dash are trying to protect the others with Fluttershy and Rarity hugging each other and Pinkie biting her nails. Also, the plant is based upon the one that got Manny and Diego from Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs.
