Though Rainbow is not naturally a maternal mare and does not want foals of her own, there is something deep within her that kicks into action whenever little Tommy is upset or scared and she will do anything in her power to comfort the little foam bannana and reassure him that everything will be okay and that his momma and pappa are not far away though it may seem that way when they are busy with their royal duties.

The pair see eachother as brother and sister and on the offchance that Tommy catches Rainbow a little sad, though she is fighting it and trying to be strong in front of him you can bet that the little colt will return the favour tenfold and leap into the biggest hug the rainbow butt has ever experienced. Failing that, Tommy will often scratch behind her ears or rub her belly until she can't hold the giggles in any longer, leading to gentle playfights (which Tashie always loses) followed by cuddles aplenty to top it all off.
