One good thing is I finally have time to draw. Not sure I remember how to draw these animals… what do you call them? Dolphins? Cats? Oh yeah, ponies! ;
In one hand, I despise the way everyone sucks all they can from the news. Hyping it, getting their channel\blog\site boost, almost feasting on the tragedy still unfolding. In the other hand, yes, everyone's mind is set on one thing these days, I can't deny the elephant in the room. And I thought it would be a fun scenario — to see how would ponies react if they were told they can't see friends for a full month.
And it's a good… sigh… practice for me. All my art life is practice. The mighty Sisyphus keeps rolling that boulder up the mountain and the boulder keeps going back every night. Well, I don't get many options here. I keep up pushing. Hoping one day my boulder will reach some flat top and I'll be able to focus on art and not go back to basics. It hurts to see how much I would have by now if my efforts were not revolving around the same spot over and over. I'm a master of starting from 0…
