This was an interesting commission to work on that I got from Fiaura the tank Girl of her characters from Dead Tree playing an ol' game of 'Space Saddles — Revenge of the Cosmotans edition' while not having a murderous rampage through the Equestrian wasteland.

When trying to get the layout of the picture, I was thinking of a gaming table layout that might have been so-so if it would have been incorporated, but then I thought 'Dogs playing poker'. so I went to Deviantart to search for pictures of the famous dogs playing poker scene and took my inspiration from there.
