Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash were delighted that their two firstborn foals became fast friends!
In a lot of ways, they're very different. However, Tinker is just enough of a prick and Sage can be a soft boy.

Tinker's birth name is Twinkle Showers but she couldn't pronounce it at first. As her parents saw she had an obsession with building things, she adopted the name of Tinker or Tinker Toy.
Sage Leaf was a quiet baby and a quiet adult. There was an intelligence behind those eyes, but also a bit of anger.

That being said, Sage is SO protective of his family friends but particularly Tinker. She loves the fact that he will legitimately sit and listen to her ramble for hours.

Their hobbies and careers are so different.
Tinker loves Robots and building machinery. She was accepted to The Lunar Guard early on and works in the Science and Technology division.

Sage Leaf is a champion Pegasus boxer.
It started as a way to cope with stress in early childhood school and evolved into competitive sparring.
