(Miss Blue Bell): We will never know for sure if her mother is responsible for Lily’s condition, but she seems to be emotionally withdrawn and uninterested with her child’s progress at school.
The good news is that Lilian’s maternal grandfather has been granted a custody a while ago and was supposed to take care of her. The bad news is, he was taken to the hospital soon after and is still unwell.
