So, uh….

Last time I said I was gonna do a Celestia headcanon

What you didn't know tho is that I am actually a really good liar, so much so that I even fooled myself into thinking I was gonna make that headcanon

Anyways have a Spike hc/redesign to compensate for the lack of sun horse



- Due to his pony upbringing/diet, forced magical hatching and generally comfortable life, Spike's body grew way slower than a regular dragon even thought he is only one year younger than smolder (him being 13 and her 14 during the show)
- Gave up on rarity when he was about 17 after coming to terms that they'll never be a thing. Her attraction on a certain cat also helped
- After that he spend the next five or so years studying to properly fulfill his role as the dragon ambassador, traveling back and forth from equestria to the dragonlands
- When he became a young adult he noticed that purple splotches started appearing all over his scale. When he confronted Ember about it she said that it was probably because he kinda did became lord of dragons for a bit during his youth and held the dragon staff which probably set off his "alpha marks"
- He said that it was stupid. "I get stupid tattoos but not, like, extra strength or something actually beneficial?"
- He does like to flex on garble tho
- He has big ass wings. He is a messenger dragon and peeps from this kind where the fast bois that had to deliver info during some civil dragon wars.
- Jokes on everyone, he rarely has to hurry up for shit
- Bumped into Starlight glimmer by chance again when he had to deliver some papers to Twilight in her friendship school
- After catching up they then started hanging out, playing board games, doing slumber parties and sassing the hell out of others. Spikey wikey isn't an innocent little dragonling anymore, now he is snarky smartass
- They also helped each other emotionally, and vented their problems and frustrations to each other, Starlight with her anger problems and drama and Spike with his failing love life and "sometimes I think I am insignificant" problem
- Turns out he dated smolder for like two months but they broke it off and stayed friends
- Turns out that because he was raised with horses now his brain doesn't find other dragons attractive
- After the both catch feelings for each other they reluctantly give it a try

- He definitely made lots of stupid dad jokes and played tea parties and dress-up with he little hatchling
- Slowly building that dad bod


That's all for now. This also made me realize that I haven't drawn Spike before which was weird
