It was tons of fun and I’m really glad I participated in the event. It was a great opportunity to play around with Merri’s story and behavior a bit, plus it works well into the actual continuity. So, yes, this is all canon and, no, just because it was a dream doesn’t mean it’s going to be shoved under the carpet. I don’t believe in throw-away plot devices.
