ATG #7: Draw a pony enjoying your favorite season

It was this or attempt to draw Spring scenery. Melting piles of snow dotting the landscape, trees just beginning to bud… it sounded hard. You know what's easy to draw? Holiday imagery! It's designed that way, because marketing teams don't want to do a lot of work, either. I like Spring mainly because it boots Winter out the door. Sorry if you like Winter, but you're wrong. When you're driving thirty minutes to and from work, in the dark both ways, through the woods, snow is a problem. But then Spring comes along and melts all the snow, and then things are just nice, a little chilly, but beautiful and practically bug-free. I'm sorry to see it go.

Fall's nice too, with the Summer heat winding down, but you can see Winter on the horizon so not as good IMHO
