Welcome to the Sun Rising Rebellion, the team that it's making the impossible to banish Nightmare Moon. They have many meeting places in Equestria, but they reside in Sire's Hollow, pretty far from Canterlot and other towns, since this AU takes place after season 4 ending (one in which Tirek and the other villains won), Starlight's relationship with her father never improved, and she never went back to Sire's Hollow.

Shining Armour:
-Without a horn, blind on one eye and covered with scars, but pretty much alive!
-Trains the rebels, expert on hand to hand combat.
- Wears dark clothes, better for leading attacks in the night without being seen.

Sunset Shimmer:
-The leader, she feels guilty for failing Celestia, and will do anything to make her wake up.
-In search for the elements.
-Kept Philomena, she acts as "her wings".
-Her hair goes up like a flame when she uses powerful magic.

Zecora:
-Healer and maker of potions. Helps hiding rebels (she was a rebellion leader in the alternate universe episode, why she wouldn't here?~also because people don't use Zecora that much in next gens and she deserves more love!)
-Fled after Chrysalis took over the Everfree Forest, wandered Equestria before she found out of the rebellion.
-Married to Moondancer.

Moondancer and Sunburst:
-Researchers of spells, tired af.
-Moondancer didn't really wanted to help because of Twi…but she knows she doesn't deserve that. Goes to Canterlot a lot to find out about what it's happening. kind of a double agent. Married to Zecora.
-Sunburst it's trying his best, raising his son and helping researching more powerful spells. He was offered to join not only because he was Sunset's brother, but also because he worked in the beginning for Nightmare Moon. (fav.me/ddv5f1u)

All of them have disguises for when they have to travel and go out, for not being discovered. They use the same spell casted on gems to make the royal guards look the same (fav.me/ddngj5m super inspired by this).

Their disguises are: Cloverfield (Sunburst), Swift Sword (Shining), Garden Sprout (Sunset), Night Mist (Moondancer) and Agave (Zecora).
