Augmentic eyes whirred and refocussed on Sweetie Belle as Apple Bloom stared disbelievingly at her fellow acolyte, looking for any signs of deceit. None made themselves evident. The enginseer felt her inboard cogitator laboring for a moment under the increased strain as it tried to process what her audio receptors had just heard. After twelve point two microseconds— practically an eternity— she made the only logical conclusion. She must have misheard. Additional data was required.

"Lemme get this straight," Apple Bloom said, shaping her question with care. Low ponish was such a pain to use; it always made her mouth feel greasy. And not in a good way. "Ya got seconded to the Inquisition as punishment for a doctrinal disagreement over the right word for a COLOR?"

Sweetie Belle threw up both arms in frustration. "I know, RIGHT?! What a bunch of horse puc-"

The Sister of Battle broke off mid-curse, looking embarrassed, and dropped back to all fours. "Er, Princesses, forgive this unworthy servant for her uncouth tongue. But yes."

"Huh. Well… Huh." Enginseer Apple Bloom mentally shunted her cogitator over to calculating digits of pi to forestall an overload. The ministorum was obviously filled with crazy ponies. Then again, she was hardly one to talk.

Apple Bloom turned their attention to the third member of their unlikely trio. The orange pegasus seemed average for her size, albeit with a wingspan at least 2.5 standard deviations below the average. Perhaps she might have an interesting- and not brain-meltingly stupid— tale to tell. "So, uh, Scootaloo. What's yer story? How'd you end up with us?"

The guardsmare scowled. "Well, so there I was, minding my own business and cleaning my lascarbine…"

Oh man, I wonder which is my favourite CMC to draw.

Finally posting the third and last of these small CMC themed doodles, all of them related to the other more elaborated pics I uploaded a while ago. I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy doing this one enough for me to still miss working on it. It helps that Sweetie Belle is such a likeable character to draw, and the armour was cool to work on, also the different hair style, and the comedic situation just wrapping everything up so well. It helps a lot that Fernin is such a good writer, so the dialogue just comes off great.

Will this mean WarHam Pony Comics in the future? I wouldn't be so sure, comics take a long time to work on. Who knows!? Nobody. Oooo.
