Personality: He may look mysterious and a bit scary to most ponies, but he's actually very friendly and generous. While sarcastic and sassy at times, he's also very wise and investigative.

Backstory: Mystery Teller started off as very innocent, and like most foals, he was very scared of scary things. However, as he grew up, he became accustomed to those things, and eventually liked them as a teen. He also liked to analyze and give explanations to those stories, which he is nicknamed "Detective Masquerade," not only because of his explanations for scary stories and urban legends, but also because he had a very mysterious appearance, and some were even frightened by him. However, many ponies admired him for his hard work and dedication into his investigations, and some of them have decided to help solve some mysteries for him. He is also a storyteller, as he often told scary stories to ponies that were interested in them.

One pony who always looked up to Mystery Teller and relied on him for some explanations of mysteries was Balla Bambina. They first started off as strangers because she was slightly scared of his appearance, then as friends after Bambina admitted to him that the scary stories she read and heard about as a filly were what led her to her passion of dancing, and they became very close. One day, however, Bambina accidentally made a discovery about Teller that made her have feelings for him. She tried to deny it at first and pretend that she didn't see him that way, but after some reassurance from her family and friends, Bambina was finally able to accept her feelings and confess them to him. Coincidentally, Mystery Teller had the same feelings for Bambina as well. Besides Bambina, Destiny Blood is also a fan of him and often keeps up with his latest investigations as a way to escape conflict and forget about her past.

Mystery Teller is also known as "Mr. Wise" because he often brings up educational facts during his investigations and shares evidence as much as necessary. While he is very smart, there are a lot of mysteries he's eager to know about. He's also the cousin of Stanley Steel and Friday the 13th, which quite explains his devotion to scary stories and mysteries. While Mystery Teller acknowledges that he can't impress everyone, he doesn't care much about what others think of him as long as he's happy.

I first talked about this OC with a friend of mine on Google Hangouts, but I didn't get a chance to design him yet until now. Oh yeah, I also want to thank my friend for coming up with a name for this OC.
