Thinking their siblings will have a lot in common like they do, Mikey and Pinkie Pie set up a Brother and Sister picnic, where Pinkie introduces the Turtles to her sisters: the blank Muad. The tough as stone Limestone. And the quiet Marble. Mikey comments that Limestone is a real hard case, to which Pinkie says is why she and Raph will have a lot in common.

Things don't get off on the right start, Leo and Donnie find things awkward with Muad and Marble and Raph and Limestone keep butting heads. So Pinkie arranges a scavenger hut and pares each Turtle with a Pie: Leo and Muad. Raph and Limestone. Donnie and Marble. And her and Mikey. While on the hunt, each of the siblings form a bond. Leo and Muad bond over being the oldest and looking out for their siblings. Donnie and Marble bond over somethings, even though Donnie does all the talking. And eventually, Raph and Limestone bond over having annoying younger siblings. Meanwhile, Mikey and Pinkie worry that their brothers and sisters might not become friends, when they are trapped by Shredder and Krang, who had been spying on them. However, the brothers and sisters come to the rescue and work together to defeat Shredder and Krang, who quickly retreat. Then they all become great friends and Marble even gives Donnie a peck on the mouth.

"Awww! Marble likes you, Donnie!

"I am so glad April wasn't here to see that!"
