So I made a character decision.
Originally I had Somber Soliloquy as Trixie's son but the more I think about Trixie, the less I like the idea that Somber is her son. I think he's actually Twilight's oldest. Somber and Stellar are one year apart.

Starswirl has three children: Stygian, Somber Soliloquy, and Kiyoko
Twilight has three children: Somber Soliloquy, Stellar Rays, and Allegory

Yes, I am the unofficial Prince of Magic. However, that title was given to my brother Stellar Rays before he abdicated.
I was raised by my father in a vagabond type lifestyle but the border is where I've settled for 9 months out of the year. I keep in contact with both sides of my family and travel down in the Spring for Winter Wrap up to spent a month with each. My mother and father are very cordial and have both since married others. I don't believe they were ever a couple, say for conceiving me. With the exception of my brother's disappearance, the families have been happy. I don't know much about the circumstances. All I know is that he's alive and well, just hesitant to return anytime soon.

Who am I?
I'm the guardian of the Temple of Tranquility. We encourage creatures of all kinds to come to our sanctuary to find peace in their lives. I was born here. Only recently did my father return to stay for good, he and my mother are growing too old to continue their travels. I was partly raised by my eldest brother Stygian as well as the monks of this temple. The life of tranquility is the only one I've ever known.
