Todays 30 minute art challenge [NSFW] was our vision of Chancellor Puddinghead of the Dirt Pony clan! I kinda imagine him as being very eccentric, with a bit of Sheogorath influence. That also explains why he was played by Pinkie! She was the only one with enough craziness to play his role. As for time management, it was pretty good, I think, but I did all the shading in about 5 minutes, so it looks sort of dubious.
