She decides to join the trend and orders her assistants to stuff Fluttershy with everything they can find until she finally looks pregnant.
After they managed to stuff Fluttershy to the brim, Photo Finish gave FS a maternity dress and pushed her into the scenario.
Now she has to walk down the catwalk with her quituplets-pregnant-looking belly in front of all the fancy ponies from Canterlot."
