A lone mail-mare pegasus flew through the air on a nice clear day. Derpy, or at least, thats what everyone calls her from her eyes, began her daily job at the post office delivering mail across ponyville.

"Lets see here, first pony on the list would beTwilight! Shes usually at the library, right?" Derpy scratched her head as she pondered.

Derpy then felt a small spasm in her belly, she tends to forget she is with foal and freaked out. She looked down at her large belly and saw a small bump emerge from it. She smiled and whispered to her belly.

"Hehe, Okay little foal, we can go to the library."

As she landed in front of the library, she felt her kicks a lot more than usual. Derpy poked her snout into her mailbag and picked out the letters set out to Twilight. She was curious what they were, but her boss said that its a big no-no. As she slid the mailbox open, Twilight appeared from behind the mail box and waved.

"Hello! Ditzuhis it Ditzy or Derpy?" The Alicorn tilted her head.

"Ponies usually call me Derpy, I dont mind it though, it sounds so silly!" Derpy giggled a bit.

"Hows the foal doing?" Twilight asked.

"Oh, shes doing fine. Ive been feeling a lot more kicks than usual, is that normal?" Derpy asked.

"Im unsure, Ive never been pregnant before." Twilight stated.

"Well, I better get go-aaaaaah." Derpy sucked her teeth in as pain in her belly suddenly produced.

Derpy stood as her belly pains stayed with her. It was like her belly became tighter and tighter, but her size still stayed the same. Twilight became anxious seeing Derpy suddenly cry out.

"You alright?" Twilight asked.

"I should be fi-AAAAH!" Derpy screeched.

Derpy took the mailbag off her back and climbed on top of the mailbox. She blushed madly as she felt weak in front of somepony. She looked at Twilight, with eyes of mass desperation.

"Call someone! Please!" Derpy pleaded as Twilight nodded and teleported away. All Derpy could do was comfort herself and yelp as her contractions rocked violently while everypony else asked if she was alright.
