Description:

Ok I finally settled for a colour, and also worked a bit to make this character more than just a cute babu. Here are some notes:

* Horizon is very passionate about boats, navigation and mechanics.
* They are easily stressed (especially when a boat they conceived is getting tested)
* Surely picked most swears from Sunset

It’s very late so I’ll not go on. And now that Rizey is a bit fleshed out I can finally move to other things
