This was originally drawn for the 2022 Newbie Artist Training Grounds.
Day 5: Draw a pony meeting a long-lost friend / Draw ponies who are inseparable from each other.
I wanted to round out the run I’ve been doing of drawing the G5 Mane 5 for the first time, and this prompt was perfect for the last two ponies I needed to draw: Pipp Petals and Zipp Storm!
Pipp and Zipp are very different from each other, one being a social media star, singer, and hairstylist, and the other being an athlete and a detective. Nevertheless, in spite of a squabble here and there, we’ve seen how close Her Stylishness and Her Sneakiness are with each other, and it’s always very sweet to see. Theirs is a bond that can’t be broken. =)
