Arguments

These two don’t always see eye to eye. Their relationship intrigues me in its complexity.

In the movie, I observed…
- they don’t trust each other (shown when Zipp goes behind her mom’s back to steal the crown instead of just asking directly. Additionally, when Queen Haven assumes that Zipp was naive and being manipulated by the prisoners)
- Zipp disrespects her mother by being disobedient
- Queen Haven doesn’t listen to Zipp
- Because Queen Haven is a busy queen and a single mom, I imagine there could have been needs in her daughters that she met inconsistently despite her dedication and love to her family
