Also known as the Traitor. The figure depicted often hangs by an ankle which was a humiliating punishment known as "baffling", but like the Fortune card, this one is a cautionary tale when right side up. This one calls for prudence, sacrifice, devotion, reevaluation, and insight. It is only when reversed that it indicates treachery or seclusion.

So why Chrysalis? Well, she did plan treachery and deceived everypony. But it was Twi's actions during the "A Canterlot Wedding" episodes that prove the good qualities listed above (truly Twi IS Prudence, but I like her better on the Star card both for the meaning and "power" sequence of the end of this Major Arcana). Really I chose Queen Cheese-legs because she wholly represents those episodes and those episodes embody this card.

I'm rambling. I really have to stop finishing these at 5 in the morning.
