Applebloom ditches the bow (Im too old for that!) and eventually inherits AJs hat. She also starts wearing her mane in a ponytail. Shes continues to work on the farm and takes over many of the chores Granny Smith can no longer complete due to age. Taken to a love of baking, shes learned many special recipes from her granny, and occasionally assists Pinkie and the Cakes at Sugarcube Corner. Shes very loyal to her family, but starts to feel a certain restlessness while working everyday.
