My Little Pony: Friendship is Awkwaaaaaaard…

No I can't say the idea behind this comic was mine, that distinction goes to :iconponycleverblue: , who, whilst talking to me the other night, had an absolutely fantastic idea when we somehow got onto the subject of hunting in order to control animal populations. His idea was so fantastic that I decided to put it into comic form!

I suppose the moral of this story is that Fluttershy has learnt a valuable lesson if she didn't know it already, the gun has only one purpose, to kill, to kill animals, and to kill other people…

The rifle that Applejack is using is an Accuracy International AS50, the standard issue high velocity rifle of the British Army. When I was back in the Royal Navy I had the privileged to use one of these weapons on an Army firing range, and you'd be surprised that for such a bulky looking weapon, it's actually really very light compared to some sniper rifles. But this lightness doesn't take away from the power and accuracy! :D
