Oh my oh my oh my… where do I actually start with this one…

This started out in life as a part of a failed music video I attempted to do back in October, which revolved around the Equestria Girls team posing with musical instruments such as guitars, piano's, violins, etc to the backing of a suitable Goo Goo Dolls song (I'm surprised John Rzeznik hasn't phoned me up to complain about me associating his band with this fandom…)

But then I lost all enthusiasm and this sat like a lemon on my computer until last night. Whilst rumbling around the Cumbrian Coast on my misadventure, the sunset I couldn't help but notice was absolutely beautiful, and that image along gave me the drive to finish this piece off months and months later! :D

That sky alone took me 4 hours to do today, and it's not come out as well as I'd hoped. I had wanted to draw the sun in shot as well but the rendering for that didn't work so I had to do without. But overall I'm still quite happy with the way this piece has turned out. :)
