Narflarg: (Headcanon) A note to all of those who don't know, this isn't filly Celestia, its a powered down Celestia, similar to season 1 Luna, but if i were to make her he wouldn't have the Cadence body type, because it doesn't feel right on anypony but full on alicorns. Just look at Twilight. Shes not a full power alicorn, so she doesn't have the body type.
Both her and Luna can go into, an out of the form much like Luna goes NMM in Luna Eclipsed. This form doesn't attract as much attention, so she can be more social.
