Headstory: with Canterlot without a captain of the guard, the newly arrived Steve "steed" Rogers is chosen to fill the roll. as second in command of the Equestrian Paladins (lead by Spider-mane), Cap has alot on his plate to deal with. One day, while attending a festival, he drew the attention of a small colt :Pipsqueak. As much as he liked Spider-mane, Captain Equestria was rapidly becoming his favorite. with his parents okay, he asks cap if he could train with him. This is an odd request, as Cap thinks him too young to be a guard (as well as the Winter Soldier incedent hanging over his mind), but a meeting with Princess Cilestia makes hims think otherwise. He also sees alot of himself in the young colt. Eventually the two form a strong bond and partnership, becoming the best of friends and surrogate brothers.
