"I came up with something recently. Twilights cutie mark is formed of several white stars around a pink one. Shining Armor also has a similar pink star over a shield on his coltie mark.
What if he got his coltie mark the day he swore never to let his sister come to harm? This, despite the fact Twilight got her cutie mark after her brother. Yknow, destiny and all that."
