Blackjack's not a smart pony

Blackjack keeps saying how she is not a smart pony and it is very true. which is why she is pointing a beam pistol to her face.
the scene is from Project Horizons chapter 4 Innocence
Blackjack and P-21 have only recently left stable 99 which is why P-21 has his Stable tunic on still. As far as i can tell he keeps his Pipbuck on.
And Blackjacks eyes are orange because of radiation contamination. Which as a bonus lets her see in the dark.
