I know literally nothing about Touhou, so all I know about Cirno is from my own research ( http://touhou.wikia.com/wiki/Cirno/Fan_Culture http://touhou.wikia.com/wiki/Cirno/Fun_Facts ) and not actually seeing it for myself, so I apologize if I somehow made a mistake here.
Also, I know about that "Perfect Math Class" video too.
