He is an additional member of the Power Ponies Megaforce and the partner of the Masked Matter-Horn (Twilight Sparkle); Captain Coltimate (Flash Sentry).

Backstory:
Coltimate is an agent sent by the S.H.I.E.L.D. (Strategic Homeland Intervention — Equestrian Logistics Division), along with Troteye (Cheese Sandwhich), Steellion (Soarin'), Pony Torch (Spitfire), etc. to support the Power Ponies and Humdrum (Spike) in fighting the army of Highbreed invading Equestria. When the Masked Matter-horn met up with Captain Coltimate by bumping on him during a battle against the DNAliens, she was immediately smitten by him. Afterwards, Matter-horn accepted him into the team and fought his ranks all the way to becoming the new leader of the team.

Abilities/Superpowers:
Captain Coltimate is both strong and swift. Meaning, he has an advantage in strength, agility and pegasus speed. He can fire heat vision from his eyes. He has a golden armor on his chest which can either stop or reflect ranged attacks of his opponents. Sometimes, Coltimate can transport his armor to his partner Matter-horn temporarily for her to become the Armored Matter-horn capable of both offense and defense.
