The pregnant Pegasus had emptied her feed bag of tasty oats and now is wanting a refill of oats! the surrogate pony is probably gesturing to Applejack to do a refill for her, a mare needs to feed her growing foal~ :3

This picture came out wonderfully and pretty darn adorable! i absolutely it! The pose n such came out great, seems im getting better at poses and ponies! esp pregnant ponies :3
