"I started a custom Tirek over a week ago after buying a big Pinkie toy and a Hulk figure and here's what he looks like so far! I've been using some Sculpey clay on the horse body and some white Apoxie sculpt on the upper body and the horns are currently curing and will be sanded tomorrow and then I'll attach the bodies and then start painting him.
