She is extremely level headed and the most intelligent member of the Pink Haired Pirates. Octavia was the last member to join the Pink Haired Pirates. She is the ships musician, a position Pinkie had been adamant about filling.

Abilities: Having no impressive speed or strength, Octavia relies almost entirely on her devil fruit ability to fight. She uses her violin to create the sound for her attacks.

This can have the effect of creating illusions or causing paralysis to a foe.
