As pointed out in this pic: https://derpibooru.org/133955 , GlamourKat (Kat Stenson) did this piece of fan art before getting hired by DHX and actually working on the show. I suppose around this time, she removed all her Pony work from her DA, most likely due to her involvment in the show.
