Captain Ballista Sternbroad of Hayshire. She has served under Princess Rune Fortunia since she was very young. She holds co-authority over the Royal Guard with her partner Riven Aros, a Griffon. Even though she serves Rune, Ballista, (and the rest of the Royal Guard for that matter), are not evil; they obey out of fear. Although it may seem otherwise, she can be quite compassionate when she wants to.
