Headcanon Alert.
This is a picture of little Dumbbell. When he lived on Kelpie Island with his parents, maybe a couple of years before he moved to Cloudsdale. His favorite dessert was sea salt (sea breeze) ice cream. And he is wearing his father's shark tooth necklace, possibly to pose for a photo. These were happier times.
