Minuette/Coalgate as Paul Revere. Costume and "All-American Toothpaste" from Horrible Histories.
According to HH, as well as a soldier, inventor and other things, Paul Revere was a dentist. He had a toothpaste recipe which included sugar, butter, breadcrumbs and gunpowder.
Minuette's teeth are far too white for this but i couldn't bring myself to ruin her lovely smile
