Okay, this time was much muchmuchmuchmuch easier to do. This time I decided to use a screenshot I took in Second Life a while back.
However, I did come across one issue and that was when I used the FloydSteinberg dithering method, it didn't work so well on the avatar but great for the background. Luckily, I already had a cropped out version with just the avatar and used the Bayer method on that and pasted it over the image. Again, had I actually been designing a game based around this color scheme, I'd pick colors that would match the 256 color mode. Luckily the substantial amount of more colors and the large resolution makes this task significantly easier and manageable than CGA.
