This is the Under Garment Heavy Duty model 3. It's a full enclosure 3mm thick spandex inner and kevlar outer garment. It's meant to be used in unison with the BR-817 armor plating suit.
The grey areas are thinner, to allow for breath ability while the darker areas are padded to allow projectile impact to be lessened. Triple re-inforced seams to prevent a blowout due to abrasion that the armor can create.
The suit can be worn alone, or under standard BDU's for shrapnel and blade resistance.
The muzzle covering serves as a filter for dirt and debris particles as well with the eye mesh which has great vision despite being unable to see into them. These HD3's are generally enchanted with magic to resist elemental effects. Some of the more uncommon enchantments are friction nullification, allowing this suit to act in a stealthy manor during covert ops.

Access is granted in the form of a small round button behind each ear that separates the rear seam for exit and seals it for entry. The mane and tail orifices are held together with magnetic attraction, helped along with a bit of magic so they won't separate under any force.

The HD3 replaces the two previous models that offered various levels of coverage and protection. This is a standard issue undersuit for the troops in specific detachments, specifically: BR-817 armored divisions, Covert Ops and the Rangers. Though they are not required attire, they can be specially requested for any unit.
