Parcly Taxel: Indooroopilly Shopping Centre was the largest of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere when it opened. Today the Chadstone centre in Melbourne is larger, but every major retailer in Australia can now be found in the former — Target, Myer and Woolworths among others — no surprise then that I fainted at the seemingly endless rows of shops. So I went to the nearby Mount Coot-tha, shapeshifting into a breezie and catching the warming breezes… and also finding a surprise present from the ponies of Indooroopilly!
